What counts as a "unique device"?
A unique device is a computer with the HtmlPrism extension installed and logged in. Each device counts towards your limit for 7 days from last login. If the extension isn't used for 7 days, that device automatically falls off your device count. Getting Started includes up to 50 unique devices; Enterprise includes 100.
How do additional Enterprise devices work?
Enterprise starts at $500/month with 100 unique devices included. Additional devices are added in blocks of 50 for $250/month per block, so your plan grows with your rollout — no per-seat licensing to reconcile.
What are Edge Devices?
Edge Devices are local server instances that run HtmlPrism features on-premises or in your own infrastructure — including on-site redundancy that keeps your team working if the cloud is unreachable. Edge Devices are an Enterprise feature.
What is the Edge Device Backup Connection?
Available exclusively for Enterprise customers, the Edge Device Backup Connection is an internally hosted redundant backup of HtmlPrism authentication and distribution. If our primary service goes down, your extension will automatically failover to the backup connection, maintaining full functionality while we restore service.
How do AI tokens work?
Getting Started includes $30 in AI tokens per month for AI chat and automation features. Tokens reset monthly and do not roll over; additional usage beyond your monthly allowance is billed separately. Enterprise plans include corporate AI support with allocations tailored to your organization.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is how AI agents like Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT connect directly to HtmlPrism. Enterprise customers get access to our hosted MCP server — agents can read, test, and (with your approval) update your configuration, with every change dry-run first and fully audited.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted. Enterprise customers can also arrange for invoice billing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time through your account dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. All billing is managed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for all payment processing and never store your credit card information on our servers.
Do you offer partner or reseller programs?
