What counts as a "unique user"?
A unique user is a computer with the HtmlPrism extension installed and logged in. Each device counts towards your limit for 7 days from last login. If the extension isn't used for 7 days, that device automatically falls off your user count.
What is an IP address limit?
The IP address limit restricts which locations your users can operate from. Standard allows 1 IP address (single site or office). Advanced allows 2 IP addresses, enabling a secondary or backup connection—typically from the same location, a satellite office, or through a VPN tunnel. Enterprise has no IP limits.
What are unique domains?
Unique domains are the top-level domains where you can apply code changes to website pages. For example, example.com and another-site.org would count as 2 unique domains. Standard allows 1 domain, Advanced allows 5 domains, and Enterprise has no limits.
What are Edge Devices?
Edge Devices are local server instances that can run HtmlPrism features on-premises or in your own infrastructure. Advanced plans include 1 Edge Device, and Enterprise plans include unlimited Edge Devices. Solo and Standard plans do not include Edge Devices.
What is the Edge Device Backup Connection?
Available exclusively for Enterprise customers, the Edge Device Backup Connection is an internally hosted redundant backup of HtmlPrism authentication and distribution. If our primary service goes down, your extension will automatically failover to the backup connection, maintaining full functionality while we restore service.
How do AI Credits work?
AI Credits are monthly credits applied to your account for AI chat features. Solo and Standard plans include $20/month, Advanced includes $50/month, and Enterprise plans have customizable AI credit allocations. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Additional usage beyond your credit is billed separately.
What is the MCP Server option in Enterprise?
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) server option allows Enterprise customers to connect their own AI models instead of using our hosted AI. This feature is coming soon and will enable complete control over your AI infrastructure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted. Enterprise customers can also arrange for invoice billing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time through your account dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. All billing is managed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for all payment processing, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the most stringent level of certification. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Do you offer partner or reseller programs?
